1. We must be given 24 hours notice for all personalized cake and cookie items.
2. All personalized items must be paid for when they are ordered.
3. Cake prices will vary with flavor and design choices.
4. Delivery is available and is charged according to distance.
5. Large orders will be taken with ample notice and a 25% non-refundable deposit.

Special Event Cake Ordering Policy

1. Special order cakes should be ordered two monthes prior to the event.
2. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date.
3. Prices will vary according to the cake flavor and design chosen.
4. Cakes must be paid in full one week prior to the event. We will only accept cash and credit closer to the event.
5. All pillars, plates, fountains, or any other rental must be returned within two weeks, clean and in working  in order to receive a full deposit refund.
6. A delivery fee is charged according to distance.
7. Your florist is responsible for getting all flowers for your cake to the hall. We will handle small amounts of flowers however if you choose to use a large amount of flowers your florist must be available when the cake is delivered.
